Uploading Insurance Cards


Insurance Cards are stored in the Primary Member's Profile under Attachments.


You can access your Member Profile by clicking the link in the upper right hand corner as shown.


From the Primary Member's Profile page, click the Attachments link.


To upload a new insurance card, click the Add link.


In the dialog box that appears, click the Select button.


In the selection window, navigate to the folder that contains the insurance card and select the filename. Then click the Open button.


Electronic copies of your ID cards can usually be obtained as PDF files directly from your insurance agent by email or via the insurance company website/app which will ensure optimal image quality. This is the preferred method.


Alternatively, you can take a digital picture of your Insurance Card provided the document is well lit and in focus. In some cases it may be possible to take a screen shot of your Insurance Card on your mobile device.


Click the Save button to complete the file upload.


If you need to upload more than one Insurance Card due to multiple machines and/or insurance policies, repeat the process starting with the Add button.


After uploading your Insurance Card (or cards), click the Eye icon next to each record to View File.


The image of the card will open in a new window which will allow you to verify that the upload was successful, and that all of the information on the card is legible.
