Noise Policy

  • Off Highway Recreational Vehicles (OHRVs) designed for “closed course competition” may not be operated on any property owned or leased by Hilltown Riders.
  •  Modified Exhaust Warning: No person shall modify the manufacturer’s specified exhaust system of an OHRV in any manner.  Modification of an exhaust system in any way, except to replace a defective exhaust with an OEM exhaust, will result in revocation of the membership.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their OEM exhaust is maintained and functioning properly. An OEM exhaust that is no longer functioning as designed, for any reason and without exception, will be treated the same as a modified exhaust and will result in the revocation of membership.
  • Quiet Hours of 9:00 PM till 7:30 AM are to be observed. This means no OHRV riding, no loud stereos and no generators.
